My wipers work on intermittant and slow but refuse to budge on "fast". If they are running and you move lever up to "fast" the wipers will run only until the blade comes back to the bottow of the windshield and then it stops. Can anyone tell me what is wrong and how to correct. Our recent heavy rains made driving impossible. TIA for your help.
