Was installing new battery cables this week and decided to remove the battery to clean it up and Arm & Hammer it. Well, I got it all hooked back up and went to fire"Gus" back up....nothing! All the lights glowed dimmer than usual, even the alt & oil lights. When I engaged the starter the lights all dim even more. Triple checked my connections, then tried jumping it, thinking it was the battery....well the starter turned for a quick second, then reverted to the weird clicking/glowing (just a faint click from the dual plug adjacent to the left strut well) Battery short? Bad starter? Coil? Doubt it, the week before I took Gus on a 500 mile trip to VT. Performed Flawlessly as usual. Any thoughts? TIA
