The complicated emissions on my '77 530ia are wonderful!! They're in a milk crate in the back room... HA HA HA HA!!!!! My engine compartment is looking rather naked without the following:
Thermal reactors
Air pump
EGR valve
Charcoal canister
Turbo exhaust filter
The stupid tube that goes around the backside of the engine
Hoses Hoses Hoses
Vacuum valves
I'm loving it with Bavaria manifolds, no resonator and a turbo muffler through a single 2.25" tube. Who needs emissions!?!
