Others will disagree but I wouldn't change injectors unless they are leaking fuel. Once you drive a few tanks through it with cleaner it should free up. Listen to each one with mechanics stethoscope; they should all click the same. If one doesn't, it's stuck. You can sometimes free it up by tapping gently with socket extension while car is running.
You may have a binding air flow meter or bad ground somewhere or stuck fuel pressure regulator.
Also battery to body ground strap is very important - a new factory battery cable is a cheap investment.
The dash warning is controlled by a simple mileage counter under the car as I recall. Ignore it or reset it (switch on side of box on speedo cable I think)
