These are great cars to own and can teach you fathoms on how to drive "real" cars.
With reagrds to owning one they are pretty easy to work on, things were still quite straight forward with them. There are several information resources around of which I have found this forum to be the most helpfull.
The only problem, if you consider it one, is that not alot of wreckers are carryiing these cars anymore in some places. I know in Sydney there are probably 3 main guys that carryu them now and every now and then I pop across one some where else.
Haveing said that there are large amounts of parts that are interchangeanble with other model BM's.
Also it is time for the plug --- I have a rebuilt one for sale now. Very little to do fully engineered with a 3.5 ltr conversion.
I have spent the last 3.5 years doing it up but unfortunatly I need to sell it now.
