This could be he same seller that was trying to recently sell a E30 evo M3 engine & tranny on ebay. He too grafted picts off another site and posted them in his auction.
It could be one of two things.... a shady character OR a guy with an engine to sell and no digital camera. If the latter at least he should state this is NOT the actual photo of the engine he was selling. Then maybe you could somewhat trust him.
I wouldn't buy it.
