Hooray for the good guys. ( What few there are left.) I got a spam posing as my ISP, requesting a personal info update. Absolute classic step one for identity theft, that booming new business all the politicians, law enforcement, t.v. news folks are rending their garments over.
I reported it, and received two pages of nonsense gobbledygook, basically saying, "whut? huh?" As in obvious the ISP isn't in the chasing business. Nor is Visa, Mastercard, etc., just write off losses with higher rates.
Opinion: If your family didn't burden you with morals and character, you're in fat city these days.
