It's in Germany and it's a M535i spoiler (front spoiler for auction too), but it's only around $40 US.
Shipping worldwide isn't too hard (FedEx is the best way in my opinion).
Hope you get this in the next 6 hours! Euro currency is almost identical to US currency, btw.
