I read somewhere that the 5-speed weighs approx. 95 lbs. So, the 4-speed is probably 70-75 lbs. I lowered the 4-speed gently onto my chest when I removed it. Then I just rolled over and set it on the creeper. I wasn't really up to bench-pressing the 5-speed into place, but the guy who was helping lifts weights. He just picked it up and stuck it in there.
