Thanks to a fellow 1st5r I received the last part of my puzzle today and will attempt to drive my 5 tomorrow. I have had the car on ramps in front and on the ground or on stands in the back since probably April. I have only drained the engine oil and removed the battery in terms of storage. I have 0 recollection as to how much fuel there is but I hope I was smart enough to put it away topped off (that is better, isn't it?)

The crankcase, transmission and rear end will have fresh fluid. I flushed the brakes less than a year ago. I don;'t think I have ever opened my power steering fluid canister?! Coolant was flushed around 14 months ago. IS there something I am not thinking about?

It may not sound like 8 month's work, but while it sat, I have replaced the transmission 1985 cast 265/5 trans, put in a light flywheel, fancy new clutch and associateds (drawing a blank on the brand, hi-end, got from a friend at a speed shop). I also changed a mess of seals and gaskets. New HUGE ST sway bars. New ST springs, Bilstein HDs (new rears). Rear brakes (complete). Not to mention new axle shaft, short shifter assy, a pile of POR 15 and a partridge up the tail pipe.

Again, any input is welcome. BTW tomorrow I have front swaybar, springs, shocks, driveshaft, center coupling, guibo, axle shaft, battery, and oli for the engine and rear end. Anybody want to come by and help??? Heines on my!
DT
