i would recomend original BMW if you have to put on a cat., resonator, and muffler. It lasted 20 something years untill now, they got to be good. Unless of course you want to change it out again in five years or so. If $$ is an issue you could put the parts on yourself(if you have the time and tools) its not very hard, just a few bolts here and there. If $$ and time is an issue then go to Meinieke...or maybe you could buy original parts and find a small shop to install it for you. Just a few thoughts...
