I'm not sure about kits, but BMP is a good source. They have everything you need for the rear end (even if you didn't mention it) and a few bits for the front. Get the radius rod bushings from Paul Gray at Grunts Bushings. I have yet to find a source for front lower control arms with urethane bushings.
As Jeff mentioned, these do make the ride a little less forgiving. After the RD springs, KYB struts, and a load of urethane, my kids call my '80 "Mr. Bumpy" and for good reason. It doesn't bother me, but my wife complains.
