Any ideas? Has anyone just replaced it with a steel line from the clutch master to the slave. I know that the rubber hose goes to a union on a bracket off the engine, so it will flex as the engine torques. My question is:
Has anyone ever replaced that hose with metal all the way down, and simply put a couple of loops in the line for the flexing aspect?
Hmmmm? $70 for that hose ... $90 to put it in... exceeds the value of my car.
