Mike -- It's good to know that you've actually done a 92mm bored M30 and got 100k out of it so far!

I'm still prep-ing my 92mm bored M30 for assembly. The crank is at a machine shop for a 2nd opinion on its condition and a micro-polish. If all goes well, I'll order the std 'blue' main bearings (.0004' thicker to compensate for line honing the main bores) and begin assembly. If not, I'll have the crank ground to tolerance for 'blue' .25mm over bearings. In either case, I still have the opportunity to do a better job, based on the skill, knowledge and experience of helpful folks like you on this forum.

Do you have any engine assembly, installation or tuning suggestions/advise/tips?

TIA - Funf Dreisig
