I found the leak at 17psi. Since I have a 3.5 conversion I an using the 3.5 heater return hose set up with the plastic tee for the hose from the resevoir. The tee is dribbling water onto the starter housing.
I abandoned the 2.8 metal return pipe with tees to the preheat zone beneath the intake becuase it was leaking 3 years ago.
