could be from the coolant from the bleed screw dripping on the belts.
Mine does that sometimes
Make sure the car has a good thermostat. This car will not cool itself if someone removes thermostat and doesn't plug the hole at the rear of the housing (don't bother, just install tstat if it's missing)
