Coolant in exhaust ports??

I was changing out my reactors, and stuffed paper towels in the exhaust ports to finish the next week. I found 3, 4, 5 ports had been soaked green with coolant! Does this mean the head is cracked? Car seemed to run fine before pulling the reactors. What are my options? How available are rebuilt/replacement heads?
