Just finished Megasquirting the 528i this weekend. The car fired on the first crank! Then 6 hours and half a tank of gas later, the car runs 10 times better than before. And with no airflow meter door and a K&N that's boxed off in the fender well, seat of the pants feels like about 10+ HP from about 4000rpm on. Midrange torque was pretty much unchanged (even with the 320 runners). By far the best thing about the Megasquirt was the huge improvement in drivability.
