Front bushing replacment HELP

Hi

I am just changing the bushingh in the front. I managed to press out the lower arm bussing but I the is a big one in the front(where you can pull the car)

Anybony know how to press out that one?

Is the any suggestion put back the new ones?
There is an arrow on the bushing (OEM) What does it mean?
