I used a short piece of pipe, big enough to pull the bushing into it, with threaded rod and a couple big washers. It's been a while, but I vaguely remember the process being more difficult than I expected. The rubber was well stuck to the steel in the frame. Again, threaded rod and a couple big washers to pull the new bushing in. Lubricate it eith a little dish detergent.
