does it smoke? use lots of oil? if not there is no critical need to do anything immediately. take you time and explore your options. by all means, run something through the engine to try to desludge the pistons/rings. i have had good results with marvel mystery oil. buy a gallon. follow directions and run it in your oil AND gas!
