type of oil

So I just picked up my first 528i. Its actually a 3.2l with a shrickt cam and headers. Its very fast but I need an oil change. I've used mobil one full synthetic on my jeep for years. I'm planning on doing the same in the car, I just don't know which weight to use.. can somebody help a brother out?
