Rear main seal replacement

Since I'm gonna have the tranny off tommorow, I heard that it is a good idea to replace the rear main seal. I just want to know how hard it is, do i need to drain the oil, and how much does it usually cost, Can Kragen or another shop have it in time for tommorow?
