NAPA should have suitable line.
1. Drain fuel
2. remove stays (metal tabs holding lines in place)
3. remove clamps; main fuel and return line
4. take to store
5. get a pipe bender. You'll use this every now and again. How are your brake lines?
6. Bend lines to fit.
While you're off the road, I'd say take a look at your metal brake lines. SAFETY: no smoking! no fumar! Put the car on jack stands. Never get under a car on jacks. Keep an extinguisher nearby, and an assistant.
Take pictures, and leave notes of anything I didn't anticipate.
