I recently received my notice for registration and smog check. Something new was that I need to take the car to a SMOG check station. Has any one else experienced this and what is the difference from a regular smog station? Do I need to change my air filter back to it's stock set-up as opposed to the K&N filter that I have on my car. Will it make any difference? I live in the San Francisco area and I have heard that Calif. has some of the tightist regulations.
