Craig,

Mine doesn't work and I'm not sure what it is suppposed to do. I assume it winds up and down to lock / unlock the trunk.

If so is it meant to be up or down when unlocked?

I took it out the other day and the rod which connects it to the locking mechanism just sits in the locating hole. Should it be attached somehow to pull on it as well as pushing?

I was also reading may original sales brochure the other day and it referes to central locking of the glove compartment as well. I havent checked mine yet but does anyone know if it does lock also?

Thanks
