It was about 5$, at my local auto store. I will check it tomorrow and tell you the name, but I am sure that most vinyl/carpet dyes will work for you. Isn't it VHT that is suggested in that FAQ? I couldn't find that, so I tried this stuff. I like it, it made the panel look new again. As far as budget, fairly low, do you have any ideas I could do for 150$ or less? I want to get some nicer seats instead of dyeing them, but that is not part of the budget.
