It's a picture that was contributed to FirstFives a few years ago. All I know is that it was taken by a former participant known as the Reverend Brendan X. Last I spoke to him, he didn't know whose car it was.
It's very inspiring though!
BTW, the brake booster might not be in the way. The E28 and E34 M30s fit just fine - about 1/2 inch of clearance. And, if the booster is in the way, you can use the E28 booster. Terry Sayther put an E28 booster in an E9 and it bolted right up to the E9 master cyl.
