For those who asked, here is a photo of the transmission. It came from an 81 528i, and I ran it in a 76 530 for about 10k miles. It is identical to the one I run in my CS.
I'm looking for at least $550 for it. Buyer pays all shipping charges plus $50 if I have to build a crate. Located in Vancouver, BC at the moment. I have more photos I will email to anyone who asks.
