The link describes the SC14 supercharger from the Toyota 2 litre 1G GZE, this was fitted to the engine of this car.
These blowers are cheap, available and there's plenty of space in the 520i's engine bay to mount one. You will be easily as quick as a stock 528i.
I once saw an e30 M10 powered 318i with a Sprintex blower, nice performer.
