I don't have any personal experience, but these guys get very mixed reviews from the 2002 and e21 crowd. Specific instances I can easily recall include the substitution of an owner's original Tii block for another block during an engine rebuild, unwillingness to allow incorrect parts to be returned when they were bought based on TEP's advice, fit and welding issues with the rear tower braces, and the ever popular "I own a shop so I know more than you" attitiude.
Anecdotal evidence always runs to the negative (more people will complain before they praise), but it's still a representation of the experience people have with a source.
