I have one friend that has had good experiances with Top End, I, on the other hand can say that I have never dealt with a bigger a.. It's a long story but I was blamed for a bunch of stuff that did not even involve me as a customer, I had shipped some cores to Top End, by request of one of their customers. Over a year later I was cussed out, called a thief because THEIR customer did not pay for some machine work. I doubt they would have done any serious work without a CC #, but anyway the reason it came up was i had ordered some parts and was trying to return them as they did not fit as I was told they would, I was berated as being a hick if I could not figure out that I would have to be "machined to fit", Then I was cussed as he had a box of parts there with "Al Taylor's Sports Cars" on it that had been machined and never paid for, I tried to explain that all I did was send the cores for HIS CUSTOMER, but I was repeatedly cussed, called a thief and charged 30% to return some parts that were off the shelf circle track parts that you can buy anywhere..
