Thanks for the question. I should have just posted this link the first time. Regardless, call anytime.
Look at the second photo. You will see a metal disk. This is what you want to pull straight up on. Otherwise you will break something. Lift evenly and straight is the key. Some are really on there and just be patient. It will eventually pop off across the room.
