BMW factory wheels don't use hub kits, the hub is part of the wheel. I don't think e30 wheels will fit e12's because I believe the e30 has the "fine spline" shaft. The e12 has a coarse spline shaft. Generally speaking, all BMW's prior to about 1983 use the coarse spline, after are fine. The actual breakdown is model by model because it was a running change.
Momo hub kits are available with coarse spline, and Nardi too. These will allow you to fit a number of aftermarket wheels that share that hub bolt spacing.
