1st 2 questions:
1) Has the car sat for a long time?
2) Does the car have spark? If not, fix that first. Ljet needs spark to work (gets signal from tach lead).
Then:
Check the combo relay FAQ and print out the 528i combo relay pinout chart in the faq.
Then unbolt the combo relay so you can make measurements underneath on the harness plug.
Connect your black lead of voltmeter to battery ground.
Then with key on (alt light should be lit), measure the combo relay pins by inserting red meter lead in rear of each harness connector (relay still plugged in). Pin #'s are shown on relay body. I know the relay is good, but it's a place for me to see what voltages are present.
