It's a later up/down/back/forward version (81 528i). I managed to wind the roof manually ok, but when hitting the switch I get nothing - no click, no nothing. Beyond trying another switch (which I will try first thing tomorrow), does anyone have any tips on narrowing down the likely culprit. TIA - Dan.
