Hi,
I'm not an e12 owner (I drive an 86 535i) but I've been seriously thinking about picking up an e12 528. My question - is it still possible to find genuine rust free examples (and I don't mean 'no visable rust') in CA or the US Southwest?
The reason I ask is that I live outside Vancouver Canada, and even if I use it as a second car in summers/nice weather only (garaged year round) I wonder if it will still start to decompose in the humid air up here.
