The simple answer is 'yes', but you do have to pull the steering arm off the bottom of the strut to remove the lower control arm, as the ball joint nut is not accessible in situ. If you do this, be sure to torque the 3 bolts back in to spec and use red (i.e. Loctite 270) threadlocker.
You could take the entire strut/steering assembly -- top mount, strut, spring, wheel hub, steering arm and lower control arm -- and replace the same parts from your car. Then just bolt on your brake rotor/caliper.
