Hello, thanks for your responses, seems this board has a healthy member base :), I think for easyness sake I am going to go with the engine transfer from my 76 520 ( not i ). For all intents and purposes the engines look the same apart from the fact ones supposed to be injected and one isnt. The engine with the weber has a horrid homemade sports exhaust which in combo with the weber has killed the engine, has blown head gasket and fuel delivery problems. Whereas the engine from my 76 520 is in good order and all original down to the air box for the twin 175 stombergs mounted on it. The carbs will probably be a low cost alternative to finding an injection system to suit and to maintain. Will be changing exhaust systems as well as some other parts. My orange 76 is a far better vehicle to drive than the 77 but the 77 looks better, so I am going to combine bits to make one real good one and one real sad one lol. Thanks for all help.
