Tough thing is fuel requirements are somewhat dictated by cam and there was no US 3.5L with Ljet. So there's no 'exact fit' when it comes to ECU/AFM. The euro works but it's not really the same engine as US M30B34 (3.5L as of E28).
The big difference may be in WOT which is fixed injection length. I should measure that on my bench setup and report differences.
