Was just told by the Goodyear shop guy that one of my injectors is leaking (of course, on the exhaust manifold) when I had really brought the car in to fix a fuel leak at the tank / pump (just a simple hose refit). I have a couple of suspicious questions: first, I don't see any leaking around the injectors ,and second, I've not heard of anyone talking about this problem on this board. The fix doesn't sound cheap. I'm not sure these guys are on the up and up. Give me some input.
BTW, thanks for the tip on the alternator. Found a great e12 one (passed on a pretty good looking e28) at the local junk yard. I was indeed very easy.
