I suspect you already checked the plugs.
Take a look at vacuum hoses.
Then look at the very helpful L-Jet info in the technical FAQ section of 1st5's site. Take particular note of the air flow meter. The info walks you through the check and adjustment procedure.
Also note the throttle body adjustment, there is a fuel cutoff switch specifically.
