I can see that it might be fun to disassemble a mistreated and destroyed engine like that jsut to see how bad someone can foul something up. But, IMHO, you should stop wasting your time with it. I'll bet the crank and bores are beyond salvage anyway.
Find yourself a nice E32/E34 535i/735i motor and get on with the swap. I have done business with Vines (see link) in AL, and they were very helpful and easy to do business with. They have lots of wrecked cars coming all the time. Give 'em a call.
