As it has been sweltering here in Buffalo of all places, I have been using the AC in my 1980 633csi (L-Jet) a lot. Recently had it recharged with R-12, and all was well. For the past couple of days, when the car is hot and the AC is running, the idle will drop from 900 to about 500, on and off. The oil and O2 sensor lights also flash until it hiccups and the idle returns to normal. It seems to run in 3 second intervals between high and low idle. At first, I didn't realize it was an AC only issue, and diagnosed it to the 02 sensor through the archives. Is that still the culprit?
