After trying everything from climbing through the backseats, which is impossible, to spraying it with everything under the sun we finally just drilled it out and put a new one in. although it doesnt help much now, it should probably be greased, i try to keep it lubed all the time now. You could try heating it up with a torch to see if you can loosen it a little. good luck
