I checked the boot between the AFM and throttle body, its cracked a little on the outside but none of the cracks run into the inner surface of the boot. As for the O2 sensor, Im pretty sure it is good as the car will run worse if I disconnect it and it is putting out about between .12 and .20 on my digital multimeter at an idle, and it increases with RPMs. As for the valves being tight, I may have actually sey them too tight myself as that was one of the first things I did when I got the car, along with a basic tune up (clean regap plugs, cleaned rotor and cap etc, etc). I dont exactly have money falling out of my YoHoo, so Im doing what I can without spending a bundle. P.S. Two of my injectors are leaking fuel and I was wondering if that could be part of the problem. Could anyone point me in the direction of new fuel lines. I live about 60 miles north of Seattle and there are no BMW dealers in this area. I will try to get pics on here today sometime if I can find my crappy little dig camera.
