Call me crazy, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get those 17mm nuts off that hold it in place. I know you're supposed to use the 17mm wrench in the onboard toolkit for it, right? Even using that, I could not even get it onto the top bold because it is too close to both the block and starter, and I was only able to spin the bottom bolt a small amount before I hit the throttle cable, and I couldn't go farther..
Main question is, do I have to disconnect the throttle cable to finish undoing the nut? If so, where should I disconnect it?
