Suspension suggestions

Well the time has come to get my suspension (mainly front end) in line and rebuilt. I wanted to get some suggestions on what to do here. Do you guys prefer Bilstiens to KYB's? Also, are polyurethane bushings a good idea? My hubby is worried that they'd make the e12 ride a little too harsh, is that the case?

I'd appreciate any input.
