Troy is correct regarding the urethane bushings. they are not that big a deal. BMW has been known for their use of harder (i.e., durometer) rubber bushings even for their (at least their older) motorsport programs. Urethane, polyurethane bushings are overrated.
I also agree w/Troy regarding the Bilstein HD shocks instead of their Sport shocks.
