Relay location -- high speed and low speed fan relays
In scouring other threads it seems that E12's mostly had the high speed fan relay "hidden in front of the battery" and the low speed fan relay snapped onto the fusebox. Well, I have two relays snapped onto the fusebox (can't tell which is the low speed fan relay from the wire colors) and can't find ...

Flashing not the problem...
Flashing is not the problem. All turn signal bulbs are brand spanking new. As I mentioned, the hazard flasher works just fine (as do the running lights). But the turn signal does absolutely nothing. No lights, no ticking (which is why I suspected a flasher / turn signal relay of some sort).

Re: exhaust manifold gasket w/heatshield part #?
Check Realoem.com for part numbers. As far as pricing, AutohausAZ does a little better. You may be able to do still better, but they're the first place I looked.

exhaust manifold gasket w/heatshield part #?
Can someone pop me off the part # (BMW part #?) of the exhaust manifold gaskets with the built-in heat shields. I see bavauto (11621656PAIR) @ 44.95 but wanted to research. 11621656PAIR at least starts out as a BMW part #...

Re: No power starting out, feels choked..
Basically the car runs strong when i get to higher speeds, but it feels like it struggles at lower speed especially when just out.
Did you get this problem straightened out?
Although a long shot solution, I had a similar problem. When starting from a stop sometimes the car would struggle and ...

Relays *are* fun, but their locations? Turn signals needed
I couldn't find it in the FAQ -- and I don't have one of those glossy wiring sheets that I've seen on the interwebs -- but do y'all have a list of relays by year and function?
